If this news is as bad as it gets today, we will consider it a good day. Just 2 stories

Had a nice weekend, with the exceptions of those mini haboobs.  Frikken dust everywhere.  So that means I gotta vacuum and dust the dining room, living room, blow off the bike, cars and blow out the garage. Also do the back porch, front porch.

Check this out - - -  all done before 11 AM ! ! ! !

Ex NYPD detective wants to open Brooklyn bikini bar

NEW YORK (UPI) -- A former New York City police detective said he wants to open a bikini bar near the newly opened Barclays Center to attract sports fans.

Michael Bell, a retired narcotics detective, said the as-yet-unnamed cabaret would feature poll dancing, cocktail service and a full bar. Female employees would be required to wear bikinis but there would not be any nudity.

"Imagine Hooters but upscale and with alcohol," he told the New York Post.

Bell said his experience as a police officer would keep the bar classy. He added he hoped Brooklyn Nets players and fans who attend games at the Barclays Center would stop in for some post-game entertainment.

Bell has not yet received the necessary permits and is still scouting a location, the Post said.

Man with cocaine between toes says the drugs aren't his

FORT PIERCE, Fla. (UPI) -- A Florida man who was arrested with drugs allegedly hidden between his toes says the drug, which he identified as cocaine, was not his.

Martin Perez, 33, was arrested early June 2 on an aggravated battery charge, tcpalm.com reported.

When he arrived at the St. Lucie County jail in Fort Pierce, Perez was asked if he had any weapons or drugs on him, to which he said no. However, deputies later found a bag of white powder hidden between Perez's toes, officials said.

Perez said the powder was cocaine, but said it wasn't his.

Deputies didn't buy Perez's story, though, and charged him with cocaine possession and smuggling contraband into detention facility.
