15 June 12, Friday, test results

Yesterday was interesting.  I received my 1st B-12 injection/shot in my hip.  Nurse told me to expect a sudden boost in my energy level or maybe just a gradual increase.  Gee talk about circularity (circular logic).  I will admit I woke up this morning feeling pretty good even though I had a restless night.  Will be going back in a week to get another shot of B-12.

My coumadin level was really high: 3.9 to be exact.  Only reason we , doc and I, could figure out why it was so high is was because I have been doing so well with gaining weight and the amount of times I have NOT been going to the bathroom.

Redid my dosage of Warfarin to 1/2 table (.5 mg) every night.  Will go back in two weeks to see how that dosage is working.  Only concern was if I had shown any excessive bleeding which I have not.

Amazing that it has been this long since I fell down and played dead.

fell down and died.  I guess I just need to quit whining about what happened and make do with what I have.  And you know that is a lot.  Have a great daughter who has made some really good life decisions,  a couple of gorgeous grand kids (not that there is any gran-parental pride there), a neat little doggie - see prior posts - a wife that has stuck by me in the rough times and whom I have come to love even more with the passing of time.
